How to Prepare Eggs with Green Pepper and Spinach

   

     The egg and spinach dish is a great breakfast dish and for those who follow a healthy diet, it given to your body the energy, activity and vitality.
Ingrédients:
- eggs.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil.
- Cup spinach cut.
- Sweet green peppers cut finely.
Salt spray.
- black pepper.
- Sour lemon juice.
How To Prepare :
1- Put the olive oil in a pan until it is a little hot and then put the spinach and green pepper without any liquids or water.
2- Spinach and pepper mix until it melts for 3 minutes to make the spinach bright.
3- In a pot , put  eggs with pepper and Salt spray.
4- Add the eggs to spinach and leave for minutes until cooked.
5- Put the eggs and spinach in a serving bowl and sprinkle on the face a little black pepper with lemon juice and eat it warm
